I want platinum hair, and I'm almost there? - how to get popcorn butter out of shirts

See photos. It really is light everywhere with the exception of the crown. It is too yellow. But not much. I think I've cleared long enough. I use a toner cartridge. Whenever my hair is gray. How can I closer to platinum or white, instead of butter popcorn. It is too bright.
